If there is an issue, I was told to report it to the on-site staff, which I have done repeatedly. Despite this, the spot-free rinse has not worked for weeks and has not been fixed. I then called and left multiple messages over several additional weeks and never received a call back. This reflects extremely poor management. It doesn’t feel like Watershed is focused on maintaining equipment so customers receive what they pay for—it feels like they’re simply taking customers’ money. This kind of problem starts at the top, and Watershed management is clearly not taking care of business. On top of that, having to wait minutes every visit just to be allowed to enter the wash when there are no customers there has made me seriously question why I remain a customer.
